Where to buy (or custom order) a 2-4 ct synthetic rutile/titanium dioxide stone?

I do some jewelry making via wire wrapping and PMC. I have come across synthetic rutile. I need to own this stone even if it just sits in my collection!! in my general Internet search, I have only come across very large faceted stones definitely not the size I’m used to or comfortable working with. Does anyone know where to find 1-4 carat pieces? Does anybody sell them pre-fauceted or would I have to find somebody and commission them?
