when do i stop doing coke?

I am broke so cocaine is a rare delight. I have only ever done it three times but it is really hard when I do have some not to do all of it. I bought a gram around 9:30pm and just finished the last of it around 2:30am. Are binges like this normal? also, what are some ways to calm down if you start to get anxious? and also, what helps you go to sleep afterwards? thanks! i wanna stop cause im done with hard shit but it’s always good to be informed nonetheless.
