t not molting

hello everyone! my step dad has what he believes is a panama blonde. he has had him for a few months now. we got mine at the same time. she has molted but he still hasn't. he eats as far as i understand and drinks water. his ass isn't shriveled and doesn't seem to be acting weird. anyone know what it could be? he has handled the spider a few times and it has jumped from around 2ft and hit the floor but didn't act harmed/hurt so i'm not sure if that's part of it or what. please help!
