• Strong experience with fulfillment and shipping directly to customers (especially for Shopify stores)
• Transparent and honest pricing on sourcing + shipping (I verify costs, so honesty is mandatory)
• Good communication and proactive mindset
• Positive energy and problem-solver mentality
