3 YOE Full Stack Developer — Resume Review + Interview Advice Needed

Hi everyone, I’m a Full Stack Developer with ~3 years of experience working with Javascript, Node.js, React, microservices, and cloud/CI-CD tools. I’ve been applying to roles but haven’t had much success getting shortlisted or converting interviews.
