Is there any way to actually use the flight instruments when flying planes?

Just feel like it’d be really cinematic (and helpful) to be able to look at things like my airspeed or attitude indicator sometimes, but seems like the only time I can do that is “free look“ where I can see them actually reacting in real time but I can’t get a solid read on them
