RAW Photos going to jpeg and turning out grainy when putting them into pc

I recently made the switch from jpeg to raw and everything has went well accept for the photos app messing and turning my raw photos to jpeg and it becoming all grainy through my pc and photos app. Anyone know how to fix this?
