Is there a ZTO Express Contact in Singapore

I recently bought something from a seller on WeChat and they used ZTO International to ship the parcel out. The current status has been “Arrived SG HUB” for the past three days, and I wanted to contact them but their customer service is either unhelpful bots or just straight up nonexistent in Singapore. Is there a way I can contact someone? Like a local phone number, email or even place I can go to within the country to inquire about my parcel? 😭🙏
