My CrinEar Daybreak broke after not even three months of use

The left side suddenly became "muffled," especially the vocals. I'm rather disappointed, considering that this was my very first pair of IEMs after spending more than 10 years with gaming headsets.

I chose them to have a neutral sound, and I was quite satisfied because the volume was fairly neutral with a warm side.

It was my first time buying from Linsoul too, I don't know if their warranty service is good compared to Amazon etc.
