Do you think anybody from the in universe cast ever watched the full show?

I was watching the Superfan episodes when I got to boozecruise and as Jim told the cameraman he would save the receptionist it got me thinking about how in universe pam could see that. In fact, any of the office crew could see every little moment nobody else caught but the camera. if there's an actual answer let me know but it's really interesting to think about.
