I’m sharing a nightmare experience I’m currently having with Sab Motors, Ghaziabad, and Tata Motors. I bought a brand new Tata Harrier EV (UP14GZ9653), but the "new car feeling" lasted exactly 11 days.


​I met with an accident that dented the battery pack. Since it's a new EV, I understood it would need specialized care, but the lack of urgency and professional negligence is staggering.


​Timeline of Incompetency:
​Jan 12: Car handed over to Sab Motors Ghaziabad.
​Jan 17: Insurance approval received.
​The "Black Hole": Even after insurance approval, it took the service center 15 DAYS just to "pack and box" the battery for dispatch to Pune.
​Current Status: It has been 33 days in total. I am now being told the repair will take 3 MONTHS.



​Zero Transparency: They refuse to provide a Consignment/Tracking Number for the battery. Is it even in Pune?


​No Mobility Support: No standby/loaner car offered despite a 90-day repair timeline for a flagship vehicle.


​Financial Loss: I am paying EMIs and insurance for a car that is sitting in a yard.


​I am heading to the Tata Corporate Office in Gurgaon today to demand answers.
​Is a 3-month wait for parts on a currently-selling flagship model normal for Tata? Attaching photos of the car and the 15-day delay chat for proof.
