Pirated console games Isb

So I recently seen a pretty famous YouTube video on rainbow Center in Pakistan and since I have family there I go every year. I was thinking of picking up some PS4 games untill I realized it’s in Karachi. Does anyone know of a old ps3/ps4 game hub in Islamabad?
