No watch for exam??

Guys my school sent a list of stuff not to bring and watch and hanky r prohibited...like wtf? How am i supposed to check the time without a watch? And what if I have a cold (I am a person who gets a cold every other day).

Can I sneak a hanky in my bag and if the examiner doesnt allow can I just put it in my bag before the exam...anyways we will leave our bags outside the hall right??
