Progression bug in No Shelter chapter

Me and my friend ran into a bug that basically softlocked us in the No Shelter chapter. It is at the part where you turn on the light in the hallway and all those stone kids run away. You then go into a door on the left and fight some kids in the hallway. Then when you round the corner there is a poster at the end of the hallway and 2 more kids attack you from behind, one from the ceiling and one comes out of the curtain. Well, after you deal with them, you are supposed to go through the curtain where the kid came from but we just can't. We just get blocked like there is a wall in front and can't pass through at all. I tried to do it in singleplayer, restarting the game and reloading the checkpoint but nothing works. So for the time being, it looks like i am softlocked until the devs fix it. Anyone else encountering this bug?
