Windows 11 blocks me from downloading xmr wallet installers

I'm currently running windows 11. I'm trying to download an XMR wallet (feather and GUI) however smart screen appears to be blocking the .exe downloads.

I have been thorough the settings for both defender (smart screen) and windows, attempting temporary disablement, however downloads are still erased the moment they conclude.

previously I could simply instruct my computer to download it anyway.

What can I do here?
