Why Arunachal Pradesh never had a large scale insurgency like other Northeast states? Except for NSCN in TLC

Arunachal Pradesh is known for many things. It's people are even known to be rather violent and backward in some ways. But it has never known full-scale rebellion like Nagaland, Mizoram or Assam.

Why is that?
