Angler quest - New Finny Roommates help?

I just started playing this game last night, got like, 7 hours in of just, quests and wandering. Finally decided to do the Angler quests and... Its..stuck?

I got the 10 fish, and the quest keeps trying to lead me to the Sagewoods house. Is anyone else having this glitch, if so how do I fix it? ;-; I just wanna progress in the game.

Please help ;-;
