Minor spelling mistake in birth certificate

I submitted for my wife’s spousal sponsorship and in the birth certificate, her mother’s last name is missing an alphabet. Do you think they’d return the application? It’s handwritten so I’m little hopeful that they won’t.

I also tried to raise a webform by getting a temporary application number but they said system is not reflecting it as of now. We need to wait to get one.
