Buyer Claiming Damaged Parcel

A buyer has claimed my parcel was damaged and that the item got wet and “smells” but the photo they took just looks like they’ve ripped the parcel open to take the item out, there’s no evidence of damage to the item (or water stains or anything), there’s only option Vinted are giving me is to refund the buyer, will I be out of money? I sealed the bag within an inch of its life and even sold it to the person at a discount. This has never happened to me before.
