My prefs:

• Double/triple sharing OK
• Must-haves: 2-3 meals included, WiFi (decent for coding/Zoom), near Phase 1
• Location: near white square
• Budget: ₹7-12k all-in (food/utilities included)

Already checked: Housing.com, NoBroker, Zolo/Stanza listings but want real experiences - scams seen everywhere (fake tokens, hidden charges).

Questions:

1. Best PGs/buildings for working pros?
2. Recent rents + deposit reality? (1 month? Broker-free?)
3. Food quality/safety? Any veg-only options?
4. Power cuts/noise issues in Phase 1?
5. Walk-in timing? (weekdays 10-6pm good?)
6. Direct owner contacts?
