Swapped to new motherboard, newest BIOS prevents Windows access

I just recently swapped to an X870 Aorus Elite Wifi7 ICE and got things working. However, when I tried to flash the BIOS to version 10/11, all of a sudden it couldn't boot properly into windows. The SSDs were still visible and I could luckily access the bios still, but only when I reverted back to version 3 was I able to access windows properly. It doesn't seem to affect file integrity, but obviously prevents me from being up to date. Any suggestions?
