everytime i try to install catchyos i get a diskpart error when im setting part ids

ive been trying at this for almost a week now and every time i try to set an id for ANY of the drives i need it gives me an error saying "Virtual Disk Service error:

The device is in use.

The selected volume or partition is in use.

To continue with the operation use the OVERRIDE parameter."and ive already used override and tried deleting and remaking it! im just trying to dual boot my pc but this keeps happening! please help (dont ask about a usb drive cuz i dont have one)
