Has therapy actually helped some people?
Not urgent.
People had said it helped them get in a good place and posting to r/Selfharm helped me found someone who got me a big streak by giving me a goal. About 15 days I had close call and almost used a tool but I steal am clean I think.
I want it to help me‚ I want to do the work‚ I don't want to fail‚ I don't want to die unless it would be better for me too. I know that's never but I never know if it will get worse or I'll be a worse person I would never recommend this thought process to anyone else so I don't know why I treat myself a bit different with this.
There are times where I suck at paying attention or getting started on what I want to do it should be so easy maybe I am afraid to start‚ Maybe I forgot‚ maybe I am lazy‚ or I am distracted by lack of routine.
Therapy does make me personally feel better after I talk to them because when they give advice I feel happy I got it out and we could make a plan.
I want to know does this mean I can do it?
