MY DPDR: feeling like I am more in reality then ever

Feel like I see through the bs. I have no emotional connection and history to things and now it feels like I see the naked thruth.
Used to care about people, my looks, my future. Now I just live. I just live and I lost my spirituality too. Life feels basic now. No panic either.
