For me it's:

1. Ayato Kirishima-He is just such a badass. I love how even though he fought Kaneki, just after that he actually worked with him and was like "let's go" when they were on that rooftop for instance, just before jumping off it with Kaneki and then they destroyed certain CCG vehicles, f\*cked up traffic and broke out that one C-rated ghoul who cried about Yamori. Ayato also was the first person Kaneki fought since gaining his power boost from an A-rated to SS rated ghoul just after Kaneki defeated Yamori. Ayato also had a mature/stoic demeanor to him that parellels that of Vegeta/Alucard/Erza Scarlet, and I love how Ayato could fly even though the main protagonist couldn't.

2. Kaneki

3. Shuu-He is funny as hell. I did appreciate him killing that one huge strongman for Kaneki that Kaneki fought on stage, and his manical obsession with Kaneki was something else, like when he would smell the handkerchief that had Kaneki's blood stained on it

4. Touka Kirishima

5. Rize

6. Hinami-She is a very cuddly girl. It was sad seeing her mom get killed but Hinami herself is adorable, and she was very considerate of others and easily the most thoughtful character. And besides from being smart/cute/having a nice personality, I found it interesting on her part that even at that young age she was a SS-rated ghoul with a lethal kagune who was able to injure/kill Kureo Mado.

7. Itori-She is just a goddess. I adore her and would do practically anything for her.

8. Matasaka

9. Koutarou Amon (He was a gentleman, I've always wanted to be kind/sensitive towards a woman like he was with Mado's daughter. And besides that he's collected/intelligent and has an interesting design)

10. Uta

Just my take. I respect if someone has different feelings on the characters. Touka's attitude with Kaneki was obviously f\*cked up like when they were on the bridge and she beat him up for something that he had no control over, but he clearly let her beat him because he knew he cared for her and shouldn't hit her back, clearly
