Richie Paranga is from this previous post I made called [Shattered Glass](https://www.reddit.com/r/BNHA_OC_Characters/comments/1qqetfa/fun_idea_shattered_glass_or_how_would_you/). He's basically the antithesis to everything Ryuji Paranga stands for.

\~\~\~\~

Name: Richard "Richie" Paranga.

\~\~\~\~

Age: 14.

\~\~\~\~

Gender: Male.
\~\~\~\~

Backstory:

Richie Paranga is THE definition of a spoiled brat: Born to two influential and incredibly rich Filipino executives, Richie Paranga was a nepo baby by every sense of the word. His parents were notoriously ruthless businesspeople, who married each other solely for the purpose of increasing their own influence. As a result, this created a very dysfunctional home life for Richie, impacting his empathy severely. Not to mention, his parents were both heavy drinkers of Staminan (giving them the quirk Dragon's Heat), which also gave Richie the quirk, meaning that his empathy and his emotional stability was practically nonexistent.

This massive impact in empathy caused Richie to get expelled from every hero academy in the Philippines. He passed due to his surprising efficiency (and also due to their principals getting their pockets lined), but due to his incredibly sociopathic nature, he got expelled with no fanfare at all.

Eventually, Richie decided to just say "Fuck it, we ball" and dive right into villainy. His first big score was a three-day slaughter of Palawan's entire population. And then, he decided to set his sights on Japan, where he snuck off to start a new life there.

\~\~\~\~

Personality:

Think a mix of Naoya Zen'in and Goto Imasuji: A smug, arrogant, cocky nepo baby with a psychopathic mean streak and an unsettling, bloodcurdling lust for death. THAT is Richie Paranga.

Richie absolutely DESPISES the law and will actively try to break as many as possible, including even the most meaningless ones, because he knows he can buy his way out of trouble.

Despite his lack of empathy, there are times where Richie unwittingly saves a life due to his law-breaking nature, or otherwise performs a kind act or a good deed because of his constant desire to break the law.

Richie is disgustingly cowardly, and will run, beg for mercy, and otherwise act with fear in regards to someone who can actually beat him down.

\~\~\~\~

Appearance:

Richie Paranga is a short (about 165 cm, or 5'5") Filipino male with a toned body (weighs at about 56.7 kg, or 125 lbs) and a smug, cocky look.

He wears only the finest designer clothing and slathers it with only the finest bath and body colognes (he NEVER loses a game of Band4Band).

His hairstyle is either very fluffy (like ice cream hair), very coily (like broccoli hair), or a Korean Perm. He always makes sure he has a low-tapered fade on the sides and back.

Richie may or may not wear diamond earrings. I forgot to include them.

He's almost always on his iPhone 67 Pro Max that he always flexes on the poor.

Richie has only a few facial expressions: Smug, infallible arrogance, and bloodthirsty rage. He barely frowns or scowls, but do beware if he does.

\~\~\~\~

Abilities:

Richie is a speed-based fighter, preferring to speed blitz people than win by endurance.

Richie is very well-versed in all sorts of martial arts, his favorite being Wing Chun and Taekwondo. He actually dislikes boxing and Muay Thai due to them being very tough martial arts that require intense training regimens, which ties into his primary weakness.

Richie is surprisingly frail, and has a glass jaw. A good punch could put him down. That is, if one could catch him when he's speeding around, or if they're still standing after his barrage. He also has some pretty shit stamina and tends to run away from situations he can't blast his way through.

Richie is still a lefty, just like Ryuji.

\~\~\~\~

Ultimate Move:

Pagkawasak. It's pretty much like Sandevistan (or more specifically Militech Apogee), where time slows to a crawl for Richie, and Richie becomes a blur that's faster than a supercar and hits as hard as a two-ton truck. It only lasts for about six seconds, though, and it drains all of Richie's energy when he's forced out of the state.
