Has anyone used CommBank for Car Insurance?

TL;DR my previous car was stolen and totalled by thieves.
While Suncorp paid out quickly and was easy to deal with.
Reinsuring with Suncorp seems to be $100 more per month than CommBank (I'm assuming I'm risky now because of the car being totalled).
Anybody dealt with CommBank/their underwriter before. Input would be appreciated.
