Refund Request Question

Hello! I didn't realize that my mochi subscription has been coming out of my account. I haven't used it / gotten any medication since August. I'm not even sure how my card worked because I got a new one in October due to my name change. The name on my account is still my old last name. Is there any hope for a refund?
