How Can I Access a Campus-Only Website Through My Friend’s PC Without Interrupting Him?

I want to access my campus website, which can only be accessed using the campus Wi-Fi. I have a friend whose PC is connected to that Wi-Fi on campus. How can I use his PC to access the website without interfering with his activities? He should be able to use his PC normally, while I access the Wi-Fi through his PC on my own computer.

Is there an effective way to stay connected and use the website through his PC while he is still using it?
