Can you go thirty days without using social media?

I saw a book called "30 Days Without Social Media" floating around and it made me wonder how long can the average person go without using any type of social media - such as all apps, YT, online discussion forums like this site...basically anything online other than websites that don't use forums or messaging functions etc. I guess taking it a step further and wondering if thirty days without using the Internet is too crazy to ponder or even possible for the average person today.
