Lf background replace workflow

Hi I've been lf a relatively simple workflow for replacing the background in video but can't find anything that isn't Chinese, requires 200+custom nodes, is extremely overcomplicated or is way to heavy for my setup. Any suggestions for such workflows?

Im using a 10gb rtx3080 + 16gb rtx 5060ti
