Cats fighting

2 of my cats are fighting because (to make a long story short) one got bitten by the neighbors dog and started trying to be the man of the house?? but the other cat is the actual oldest and he felt threatened so they started fighting for territory i think and the one who got bit pees absolutely everywhere after they fight

last night it got bad and the “actual man of the house” cut both her ears and now she’s in a cone.

i’ve tried separating them, different litter boxes, food bowls, own rooms but it doesn’t stop and i can’t get rid of one but it’s too much now what do i do?
