Something wrong with my acc

Hello everyone, I had an account that I created quite a while ago, and I successfully published posts from it. Later, I deleted it and created a new one. Now, I immediately wanted to post something, but the posts had a red trash can icon on top, and then my account avatar disappeared and I couldn't access my page. It wouldn't load, as if there was no internet connection, but everything else worked. I'm not an avid Reddit user, can someone explain what this is? A shadow ban? If so, how do I get rid of it? I had to delete my account and create a new one, and now the problem is gone, but as soon as I start posting, everything repeats itself.
