Estate agent won't give receipts for apartment rent

My estate agent refuses to give monthly rent payment invoice. I am in the apartment for over a year. It's a legit property with long term tenancy agreement.

Everything is how it should be, apart from the receipt. I need the receipt as I work from home and I need to adjust part of my rent with my taxes.

How can I fix this problem?
