totally new to kratom, i want downer effects

i know ur gonna say don’t do kratom but i want to, i have heart problems and cant take anything that’ll raise my heartrate. i’m also really nausea prone. is kratom ok? what dose? and like ik there are analogues of kratom would those be better? i know nothing. the kratom sub is really strict about it being like natural and shit and u can’t even use the word high. i just want a downer high
