2 workers put SC/ST act on the management. What to do next ?

In a chemical industry, there are workers from.various parts of country and society. 2 of them were laid off just because they were not compliant and refused to do any of the work assigned. They have put fake SC/ST atrocity case on the upper management which includes my father and other people I know personally. How can they prove that this is just a gimmick to retrieve money from them and not actually a real case ?
