Advice needed, For those who used btr, how would you suggest using it and what mistakes you wish you could have done better while using it

I'm a post intern, Still doing my first read but I wanna start the cycle from tomorrow. I'm not someone who sticks on to marathons that are required for an ideal first read so wanted to give btr a go...since it's more of a sprint than a marathon.

I did try reading the notes first, but the sheer volume doesn't get my pages moving and i slack off...and I don't even remember what I read to apply it

I did attend offline classes but dint study there much...but it's not like im completely blank either...since I did write my notes despite not studying from it

I want to do the 45 day btr sprint and catch up the remaining topics later on, because then it would give me momentum and i wouldn't be as blank for gts, and it obviously increases my chances of revision for important topics even if I won't be able to cover everything, (since revision>>quality of read,)

Id like your advice on my take since I won't get any time after this to change things around for neet pg.

I also wanted to give an honest attempt at may ini as a serious exam before neet pg so i could see where I'm going wrong
