Hi everyone. Ako yung nagpost a few weeks ago about feeling anxious cuz im finally starting my own agency:

Happy to share that we validated our services quickly. We closed multiple clients in a short period and generated almost ₱200K in revenue within 20 days of launching. Based on current traction and planned global expansion, we’re projecting seven figures within the next 3 to 5 months.
Right now, the business is registered as a sole proprietorship under my name since I originally started this as a solo freelancer last year. My cofounder and I are planning to convert it into a corporation soon, likely next month or April. Once incorporated, I’ll be issuing equity to my cofounder.
I’d like to ask: is it possible to apply for the Spain Digital Nomad Visa if you operate through a corporation?
I’m seriously considering applying because I believe I’m a strong candidate. Relocating to Spain would allow us to expand more aggressively into the US and UK markets while maintaining healthy working hours. At the moment, we mainly serve clients in the Asia Pacific region to avoid graveyard shifts.
Would appreciate insights from anyone familiar with the process, especially those who transitioned from sole prop to corporation before applying.
