I'm going to have a mental breakdown.

Please help me. I feel like I am going to have a mental breakdown right now. I am so stressed. I have so many problems. My bed is a mess, my period is very heavy and I just bled through my entire underwear. I got 2 packs of pads but the thing is the pads keep rolling into a dick shape at the back of my buttcrack and it's so uncomfortable and the pads even have wings but they never FUCKING STICK. I don't have any period underwear either but I have a swimming period underwear but I don't think they are the same thing. Does anyone know how to make it stick more at the back instead of rolling and folding because it makes my OCD brain want to kill myself.
