ADHD diagnosis Cork

I’m a 29 year old man, suspected ADHD for 3+ years. I’m not sure I want to go on medication, so I’m thinking of going the psychologist route. Has anyone tried The Compass Clinic in Cork? It looks legit, I just don’t see reviews.

Any recommendations/experience would be helpful.
