Mining, MOLE and Prospector Ore bags

Seeing how the MOLE is free to fly until February 23, I was thinking what if I remove it's ore pods and store them in the warehouse, if I then store the MOLE will they disappear from the warehouse? Cause if not then I'll just call the ship again which will reset and there you go, infinity mole bags for my Prospector.
