Help with ROG Herculx Graphics Card Holder​

I recently purchased the Herculx Graphics Card Holder (Black version) and can't get it to work properly. It is plugged into an ARGB header on my motherboard and it lights up blue but I can't get it to be any other color. I downloaded the Armoury Crate app (version 3.3.6.0) to see if that would fix it, but the app doesn't detect the Herculx. Weirdly enough, the holder switches to the rainbow LED pattern if I log out or lock my computer. I am assuming that the device is trying to use some sort of "profile" for whenever I am logged into to my pc profile.

I've tried looking around online but I couldn't find anyone with a solution. Has anyone else experienced issues with the Herculx, and if so is there a way to fix the customizable lights?
