I’m tired of "Productivity Porn"—watching videos about working but never actually doing the work.

I realized that in video games, I’ll grind for 10 hours to get a virtual sword because the feedback loop is clear: **Action = XP = Level Up.**

In real life, the feedback loop is slow. You go to the gym for a week and see zero results.

So, I’m building a Discord community to fix this by artificially gamifying the process. I want to know if this concept appeals to anyone else or if I’m over-engineering it.

**The Concept: The "1% Club" System**

1. **Blueprints (Quests):** Instead of just chatting, we drop specific, actionable "Notes" (e.g., specific gym routines, deep work protocols, or coding roadmaps).
2. **XP for Execution:** You don't get XP for chatting. You only get XP for posting **Proof of Work**.
   * *Post a to-do list?* 0 XP.
   * *Post a photo of the finished task?* 100 XP.
3. **Visual Progression:**
   * Everyone starts as a **"Tourist"** (Level 0).
   * As you execute the notes, you level up to roles like **"Warrior"** (Fitness focus), **"Scholar"** (Study focus), or **"Founder"** (Business focus).
   * The goal is to reach the **"Top 1%"** role, which is mathematically hard to get.

I’m currently building this out and testing the bots. I’m not selling anything, I just want a group of people who actually want to execute and not just talk about it.

**Would you actually use a system like this? Or is it too much friction?**

hey guys, am building a server that treats "Real Life" like an RPG to cure my procrastination. Is this a stupid idea?
