Should I get an R8 and keep my Fuji gear?

I have been shooting Fuji for 5 years after moving from Nikon crop, after Nikon film etc etc. I like the form factor of my X-T3 but never enjoy the files on Lightroom and not crazy about skin tones and high ISO.

thinking of getting an R8 with small primes, still similar form factor but all the rest somewhat better plus autofocus improvement.

I have a lot of lenses from ultra wide 15mm FF equivalent to 300mm FF equivalent. would keep just some primes I like and sell the rest.

Does this make sense? Are the small primes like the 16mm too digitally corrected and does this make any difference?
