How do I stop myself from using color?

My monitor can't display HDR correctly with my switch 2. In handheld the screen scratches so much I hate playing that way. So I play docked with the colors grayscale only. HDR cant affect me in a bug way then.

Issue. Every time I try I always end up turning colors back on because I start hating the look. I miss colors and seeing irl colors makes it worse. I'd love grayscale glasses. How do I stop from turning them back on?
