I need help with ADXL345 SPI communication

I am trying to read the value from the 0x00 register of an ADXL345 accelerometer using Verilog and a Basys 3 board. Based on the attached waveform, it seems the 8-bit command (R/W + MB + 6-bit address) is being transmitted correctly. However, the sensor is not responding, as shown by the MISO pin staying idle. What could be the issue?
