Need help with my motorcyle

My bike isn't starting and I have to give throttle for the bike to start. when I stop the accelerating the bike it turns off.

I am unable to book service as the mobile is stuck in the previous service screen. Unable to log in to the website. No one is picking up the call. I am from Chennai. My bike model is Classic 350 stealth black BS6.
