Doubt about intimacy in couples

Hi, I'm asking with all due respect and genuine curiosity.

My main question is whether what movies and TV shows portray about oral sex actually feels that good for women in real life, or if it's a bit exaggerated (be honest). Since men seem to enjoy it a lot, I'm guessing the same is true for women.

I'm also curious why it seems more common for women to perform oral sex on men than vice versa, and if that has to do with cultural issues, sexism, or why it happens that way. 👀
