Mental Harrassment from Senior Manager in Rubrik

I worked at Rubrik as a Manager and experienced mental harassment from my senior sourcing manager in the U.S. she frequently mocked my communication style, questioned my experience in a demeaning manner, and often raised her voice during one-on-one meetings. This inconsistent behavior—being supportive one day and hostile the next—created a toxic work environment that significantly affected my well-being. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
