My 7 yr old account got hacked 💔

Roblox support is the literally the worst thing i have come across, they won’t help a bit, literally show them proof of my robux receipts or the emails i used to receive from them when i was the owner of the account, then they say “it’s not enough evidence” like wtf bro. the hacker changed my email, the closest working thing is my phone #, but it’s useless because it takes me to a verification which u have 3 options “Email”-The hacker changed the email, “Backup code”- which u can only find in your roblox account in settings. “passkey” which i don’t have…so pretty much rip the account was worth 250k R$
